Refund policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality of appearance of the items you have received, we have a 14-day refund/return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund/return.
To start a return, please email us a picture of your receipt and of the items you want to return for a refund. If the items were damaged in shipping, please include a photo of the damaged art work and the mailer it arrived in. You can contact us at cheryl@shuffledesignsstudio.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you of the remaining refund/return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
